The patch titled
     use mutex instead of binary semaphore in CDU-31A driver
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     use-mutex-instead-of-binary-semaphore-in-cdu-31a-driver.patch

This patch was dropped because this driver gets deleted in Jens's tree
