- fix-vmic-compilation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Fix vmi.c compilation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-vmic-compilation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
