- console-console-handover-to-preferred-console.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     console: console handover to preferred console
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     console-console-handover-to-preferred-console.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
