- fix-unused-setup_nr_node_ids.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     fix unused setup_nr_node_ids
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fix-unused-setup_nr_node_ids.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
