- slub-debug-fix-object-size-calculation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     SLUB Debug: Fix object size calculation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-debug-fix-object-size-calculation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The object size calculation is wrong if !CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG because the
#ifdef CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG is now switching off the size adjustments for
DESTROY_BY_RCU and ctor.
