The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     working-3d-dri-intel-agpko-resume-for-i815-chip-tidy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into working-3d-dri-intel-agpko-resume-for-i815-chip.patch
