The patch titled
     Update Maintainer email-id for MegaRAID SCSI drivers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     update-maintainer-email-id-for-megaraid-scsi-drivers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
