- phy-use-flush_work.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     phy: use flush_work_keventd()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     phy-use-flush_work.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
