- knfsd-trivial-makefile-cleanup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     knfsd: trivial makefile cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     knfsd-trivial-makefile-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

no need to assign it to the old foo-objs variable.
