- cm4000_cs-use-bitrev.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     cm4000_cs: use bitrev
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cm4000_cs-use-bitrev.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
