The patch titled
     make-cancel_rearming_delayed_work-reliable fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     make-cancel_rearming_delayed_work-reliable-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into make-cancel_rearming_delayed_work-reliable.patch
