- pm2fb-accelerated-fillrect-and-copyarea.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pm2fb: accelerated fillrect and copyarea
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pm2fb-accelerated-fillrect-and-copyarea.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This is a port of accelerated functions from 2.4 kernel.  Only fillrect and
copyarea are accelerated.  Fillrect is not accelerated in 24-bit mode.
