- s3fb-updates.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     s3fb: updates
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     s3fb-updates.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Move s3fb_get_tilemax to svgalib.c as svga_get_tilemax, because it reports
limitation of other code from svgalib (svga_settile, svga_tilecopy, ...)

Limit font width to 8 pixels in 4 bpp mode.
