- char-cyclades-fix-blockmove.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Char: cyclades, fix blockmove
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-cyclades-fix-blockmove.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

tty has no longer flip buffers accessible externally. Fix it by moving the
code to the tty_*flip* helpers.
