The patch titled
     Char: cyclades, mark cyy_init_card as __devinit, not __init
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-cyclades-mark-cyy_init_card-as-__devinit-not-__init.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
