- char-cyclades-remove-pause.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Char: cyclades, remove PAUSE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-cyclades-remove-pause.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

PAUSE expands to do {} while (0), it's useless.
