The patch titled
     Slab allocators: remove useless __GFP_NO_GROW flag
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-slab-allocators-remove-useless-__gfp_no_grow-flag.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
