- mm-optimize-acorn-partition-truncate.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: optimize acorn partition truncate
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-optimize-acorn-partition-truncate.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

invalidate_bdev() is superfluous when truncate_inode_pages() is also
called.  do call invalidate_bh_lrus() though, to avoid stale pointers.
