- uml-dump-core-on-panic.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml: dump core on panic
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-dump-core-on-panic.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Dump core after a panic.  This will provide better debugging information than
