- uml-comment-early-boot-locking.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml: comment early boot locking
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-comment-early-boot-locking.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
