- uml-no-locking-needed-in-tlsc.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml: no locking needed in tls.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-no-locking-needed-in-tlsc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
