- uml-add-missing-__init-declarations.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     uml: add missing __init declarations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uml-add-missing-__init-declarations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: uml: add missing __init declarations

The build started finding calls from non-init to init functions.  These are
just cases of init functions not being properly marked, so this patch fixes
that.
