- wavefront-only-declare-isapnp-on-config_pnp.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     wavefront: only declare isapnp on CONFIG_PNP
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     wavefront-only-declare-isapnp-on-config_pnp.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

isapnp[] is only used for CONFIG_PNP.  If this configuration option is
not set, do not declare the array.
