The patch titled
     markers: changes to the powerpc marker header 
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     linux-kernel-markers-powerpc-optimization-markers-changes-to-the-powerpc-marker-header.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into linux-kernel-markers-powerpc-optimization.patch
