The patch titled
atomich-add-atomic64-cmpxchg-xchg-and-add_unless-to-powerpc fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
atomich-add-atomic64-cmpxchg-xchg-and-add_unless-to-powerpc-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into atomich-add-atomic64-cmpxchg-xchg-and-add_unless-to-powerpc.patch

Remove duplicated defines in asm-powerpc/atomic.h. atomic64_inc_not_zero
and atomic64_xchg are defined twice. It also removes an unnecessary cast
to the atomic_cmpxchg result, which is already done by system.h cmpxchg.
