The patch titled
     Delete unused header file linux/if_wanpipe_common.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     delete-unused-header-file-linux-if_wanpipe_commonh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
