The patch titled
     SLUB: printk facility level cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-core-printk-facility-level-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into slub-core.patch

Consistently use KERN_ERR instead of KERN_CRIT.  Fixup one location where
we did not use a facility level.
