- extend-print_symbol-capability-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     sprint_symbol should return length of string like sprintf
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     extend-print_symbol-capability-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into extend-print_symbol-capability.patch
