The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     define-platform-wakeup-hook-use-in-pci_enable_wake-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into define-platform-wakeup-hook-use-in-pci_enable_wake.patch
