- mm-scalable-bdi-statistics-counters.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: scalable bdi statistics counters.
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-scalable-bdi-statistics-counters.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
