- allow-vmsplice-to-work-in-32-bit-mode-on-ppc64.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     allow vmsplice to work in 32-bit mode on ppc64
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     allow-vmsplice-to-work-in-32-bit-mode-on-ppc64.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
