- x86_64-clean-up-asm-x86_64-bugsh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86_64: clean up asm-x86_64/bugs.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86_64-clean-up-asm-x86_64-bugsh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
