- allow-boot-time-disable-of-smp-altinstructions.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Allow boot-time disable of SMP altinstructions
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     allow-boot-time-disable-of-smp-altinstructions.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
