The patch titled
worker_thread: don't play with SIGCHLD
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
worker_thread-dont-play-with-sigchld.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

worker_thread() inherits ignored SIGCHLD from its parent, kthreadd. We can
remove unneeded do_sigaction().
