- sched-remove-sleepavg-from-proc.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     sched: remove sleepavg from proc
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sched-remove-sleepavg-from-proc.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
