The patch titled
     mv643xx_eth: add mv643xx_eth_shutdown function
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mv643xx_eth-add-mv643xx_eth_shutdown-function.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
