- ppc-correct-apparently-misspelled-xmon-preprocessor.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     PPC: correct apparently misspelled "XMON" preprocessor directive
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ppc-correct-apparently-misspelled-xmon-preprocessor.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
