- pata_cmd64x-restore-cable-method.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pata_cmd64x: restore cable method
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_cmd64x-restore-cable-method.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
