has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
pata_legacy-fix-missing-methods-and-add-cable-types.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Several method sets lacked freeze/resume methods. Fix this and while we
are at it force the cable to 40wire
