- pata_sil680-cable-detect.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pata_sil680: cable detect
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_sil680-cable-detect.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Much the same as the others except we have to keep our own error_handler
methods as the chip has bus reset registers that we need to poke.
