- dmfe-add-support-for-suspend-resume.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     dmfe: add support for suspend/resume
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dmfe-add-support-for-suspend-resume.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
