The patch titled
     Use CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_ILOG2_xxx in __get_order() not ARCH_HAS_ILOG2_xxx
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     use-config_arch_has_ilog2_xxx-in-__get_order-not-arch_has_ilog2_xxx.patch
