- lguest-kconfig-and-headers-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     LGUEST must depend on NET
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lguest-kconfig-and-headers-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into lguest-kconfig-and-headers.patch
