- slim-make-and-config-stuff-makefile-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     slim: makefile fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slim-make-and-config-stuff-makefile-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into slim-make-and-config-stuff.patch

Thanks to Stephen Smalley for pointing out that slim was added to the wrong
place in the Makefile.  This patch fixes the problem.
