The patch titled
     marker exports must be EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     linux-kernel-markers-architecture-independant-code-license-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into linux-kernel-markers-architecture-independant-code.patch
