- lumpy-reclaim-cleanup.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm/vmscan.c: make a function static
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lumpy-reclaim-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into lumpy-reclaim-v2.patch
