- shmem-and-simple-const-super_operations.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     shmem and simple const super_operations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     shmem-and-simple-const-super_operations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

shmem's super_operations were missed from the recent const-ification;
and simple_fill_super()'s, which can share with get_sb_pseudo()'s.
