Fix http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8107: we weren't initialising
the header_cache_update field.
(akpm: this isn't really needed at this time, because, as shemminger points
out, "there is no ioctl to take it out of this mode. So it is a one way
door". This device never calls hdlc->detach??)
