- kernel-doc-fixes-for-2620-git15-non-drivers.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     kernel-doc fixes for 2.6.20-git15 (non-drivers)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-doc-fixes-for-2620-git15-non-drivers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
