- kvm-add-hypercall-host-support-for-svm.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     KVM: Add hypercall host support for svm
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvm-add-hypercall-host-support-for-svm.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
